Product use
These plain-language terms describe appropriate use of CRA Assistant.
CRA Assistant is a personal CRA work companion for remembering, prioritizing, preparing, and following up across sites. It is not a sponsor system of record, CTMS, eTMF, monitoring report, findings tracker, CAPA or deviation workflow, reimbursement system, or clinical decision tool.
Do not enter patient or subject identifiers, PHI/PII, sponsor source documents, formal monitoring records, findings, deviations, CAPAs, credentials, or other content that belongs in an employer or sponsor system. Use the appropriate approved system for official records.
Your workspace is stored in this browser profile on this device. It does not automatically sync to another browser or device. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see it, and private or incognito browsing may discard it when the session closes. If you explicitly use Organize with AI, only the current site's Working Notes and Study/Site aliases are sent to the configured OpenAI service; the rest of the workspace is not sent. Requests use store: false for response application-state storage, but OpenAI processing and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply under the configured account/project data controls.
Backups are manual local files. Protect downloaded backup files from unauthorized access. Clearing this workspace or browser/site data can permanently remove it unless you previously downloaded a valid backup.
You are responsible for protecting access to your browser profile, device, and local backup files; checking information before relying on it; and following applicable employer, sponsor, protocol, and professional requirements.
